HOW TO BACK UP YOUR DOCUMENTS.

 

1.    Double click your My Documents folder.

2.    Go to Edit and select all.

3.    Go to Edit and select copy.

4.    Close out that My Documents window, then double click My Computer.

5.    Then double click the "yourname$ on (0431datastore)H:" drive.

       *If you are backing up to a Flash Drive, Just choose your Flash Drive instead.*

        ***I recommend that you make copies in both places.***

6.    Right click in that window and left click "folder" under "new".

7.    Rename that new folder to what ever you want, then press enter. Now double click that new folder.

8.    Right click in that window and left click paste.

9.    Now just sit back and relax, it will take from 2 minutes to how ever much data you have in there.
